Scope of Services
Perfect Solutions LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services and valet trash
services for multi-family communities. Services are provided as outlined in the agreed proposal or
service agreement.
Service Agreements & Scheduling
Services are performed according to the agreed schedule. Clients must provide safe access to the
property. Schedule changes require at least 24 hours notice. Missed appointments without notice
may incur a cancellation fee.
Payment Terms
Payment is due according to the service agreement. Late payments may result in service
suspension. Recurring services may require automatic payment authorization. Returned payments
may incur additional fees.
Client Responsibilitie
Clients must provide safe access, remove fragile items, secure pets during service, and for valet
trash, ensure trash is properly bagged and placed outside during designated hours. The company
is not responsible for failure to follow guidelines
Cleaning Service Policy
If unsatisfied, clients must notify within 24 hours for a re-service opportunity. Claims for damage
must be reported within 24 hours. The company is not responsible for pre-existing damage or
improperly installed fixtures.
Valet Trash Service Policy
Residents must securely bag trash, follow weight limits, and place trash outside during designated
hours. Hazardous materials and oversized items will not be collected. Missed pickups due to
non-placement will be collected next scheduled day.
Cancellation & Termination Policy
Service agreements may require 30-day written notice for cancellation. Immediate termination may
occur for unsafe conditions or repeated violations.
Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service rendered. The company is not
responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
Force Majeure
The company is not responsible for delays due to events beyond control, including natural
disasters, severe weather, or emergencies.
